Thank you for this reminder, yes totally!!! not a big oprah fan anymore but used to be... and i remember she did a show once about doing ONE thing different a day. you just do ONE thing differently, whether it's mix up your route, or don't brush your teeth at the same time, or rearrange a room of the house, or go explore a place... versus sitting on your butt letting the world just wash by you. it's so true! one little step can change everything, at least in that day :) it's creating spontaneity that forces you out of your comfort zone, which can allow growth and change.

Starfire, YES and i think the Universe is always sending us messages that we are on our specific spiritual path or have drifted off of it as well!! good point you made!!

Another suggestion: use your non-dominant hand for eating with, or writing with, or anything really.
