It strikes me as something that could be legit.

I've always viewed this as far more than a "conspiracy theory". I've read quite a bit about "The Hollow Earth", and do believe there is strong merit to it.

I think it's real, I hope one day we will have some sort of confirmation about it.

The diary is a hoax. The Admiral was leading a well-documented training operation in Antartica at the time this "diary" was produced. The operation included several aircraft, 13 ships, and over 4,700 men. There's no way ADM Byrd could have been in the North Pole at the same time without being relieved of his command, or otherwise arousing suspicion. There's nothing wrong with having alternative theories of the earth's composition, but please rely on accurate sources for your information, folks.

With all the resources of the US GOV'NT how do we know that Operation Highjump wasn't a hoax to cover up Byrd's "mistake " of disclosing the prior report? Personally I dont believe or disbelieve either report. But I would say that with the reports of odd things like shedding the cold weather gear as they go further north,,, and some birds migrating north shortly before winter when they are already north of the arctic circle and other wierd reports.... well it makes you wonder... and then there are doctored pics from space on government web sites and maps of satellites in paths that avoid the north pole...and its not the north magnetic pole they are avoiding

I can understand how the Hollow Earth may exist. I saw a quick image of how a spiritual, near physical underground could be overlaid on a plane to the actual physical, magma process of our interior. I think it's interesting. Not sure what to think of it in terms of true or false though.

I will say though as someone who writes, I recognized the first few lines as something initially written in a certain way to increase drama and hype. I'd like to believe this diary is true, but I'm just not so sure that it is. The writing style is also an interesting note though. It does remind me of a few narratives that I've read of a similar sort, both fiction and nonfiction, but from earlier periods. This type of writing has a rich history.

And there are lots more images like this if you do an image search using "polar view" and the planet name also you might want to add "nasa" to get more images from government site so you wont be saying they were doctored to produce the evidence

TheHollowEarthInsider debunked the diary. The diary contained plagerised sentences from the movie "Lost Horizon".
