I like the sound of your crystal box, this is something i will certainly look into..oh and i use a site called Photobucket for all images i wish to post, it gives you the direct link which you can copy paste then highlight and hit the img button in the post editor, that will post the image for you then.

That's a pretty cool idea. I could see how you are working directly with your astral body by useing the picture. Definitely going to consider trying that myself.
