update to android jelly bean

Should I update to android jelly bean? I have an HTC evo 4g lte, and the jelly bean update has recently become available. I'm just wondering if it's worth it. I don't want to update it and then regret doing it. Any suggestions?

Its really six of one half a dozen of the other. HTC evo is righ on the edge there, so may not be as snappy as some of the newer phones.
