I was wondering if I could get some info on Drakes, seeing as I can't find anything in the encyclopedia or on the forums.

Drakes are small dracoforms, typically less evolved, less intelligent, they are connected to elements and quite energetic. Very friendly.

I got the energetic and friendly vibe do they have wings? Some sites say they don't but the listing said he did

It could be that you are not spelling it right!!!! Drake, can also be spelled as Drac!!!!

I do have a couple of dracs myself, one from CH and one from another seller!!!! I love both of them and they are great protectors and very wise!!!! 7\

Well he was described by the seller as an Air drake having fur along his back and claws at the tip of his wings ( just to cite the main points), so I don't think he's a drac. Plus he seems really friendly...nowhere near as dark as the Drac seems to be.

Have you really looked at all the different kinds of dragons that are out there? Not all of them have scales, some do have fur, feathers and the like!!!!! Also dragons vary in how light and dark that they are!!!! My drac that I have is dark, but not as dark as some of my other dragons like my pedulas that I have!!! Yet she can kick butt if she wants too!!!!! I also have some that are light in nature!!!!!

Most all dragons are loving towards their keepers as they should be!!!!

Also some drakes or dracs as they are the same, just different spelling is all, like I had said before, some will have wings and fur like some of the air drakes, others will be smooth, some will have legs and some won't!!!!

There are many, many different kinds of dragons out there!!! Because I have always loved dragons, I have looked and read every book, that I could find, and have searched on the internet for all the information that I can find, and have worked with them most of my life and I am a old lady by some standards!!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

There are also others on here who will tell you the exact samething I have just told you, for many here work with dragons also!!!! 7\

Thank you starfire I always love reading your posts when it comes to dragons, since I know you are very experienced with them! I will def start reading up. I tend not to stray far from CHs material or the members say on dragons since I'm afraid the info will be inaccurate or false.
