Moonstone

This is probably a dumb question to be asking, but......

Wouldn't a moonstone vessel provide more power to night loving spirits or entities such as werewolves, vampires, or bloodwolves?

They all dislike direct sunlight and would prefer nighttime.

Don't worry, there are no dumb questions

I don't think housing a werewolf or other night entities in a moonstone would be a replacement for a charging box or the like, but it could enhance some things through the power of associations (especially when charged in the moonlight). It's also somewhat of a courtesy thing in my book.

My werewolf is bound to me, but I gave him his own palm moonstone. He really likes it a lot. It seems a lot of the attributes that the stone carries, he also has. Especially regarding dreams and psychic abilities.

Yes, moonstone like rainbow or any type is a very nice crystal to behold in favour with your moon associated companions.

I love moonstones and I have a very strong affinities with the moons in the univers not just our planet's

Currently my Sanguine Vampire is in my bloodstone ring and wants to be in the charm that my Incubus is bound to. (Incubus gets to keep the charm, but I ordered a charm for Sanguine that looks like a blood drop.) However, my Faerie of Light wants to be in my moonstone ring.
