Have a lot of people been having problems lately? I wanted to get the freeby for IMD but the whole cart/check out system seems to be down. Also have not been able to put in a ticket because the message box for the ticket system does not work. Will email support and hopefully get some answers/solutions soon.

It seems that way, and it's probably because of issues with the server migration
The bad thing about computers is that they only know what they're told, and all it takes is one typo in 10-thousand lines of code to confuse them and screw up the whole process
