For DNA, not sure about physical mean, maybe using radiation or medicine? But metaphysical mean, I heard about DNA Activation attunements, something like reiki and such. You may want to contact Papa Hood or other practitioners in that area:)

No, it can't be done. Constant effort will always be required with any system to keep it running well.

Physical DNA doesn't really need to be cleaned, your body takes care of its maintenance all on its own, so you're good there. I don't know anything about metaphysical DNA though.

I was meaning if you had made traumatic experiences, like hard bullying in school time, which brought much trouble to your energys and which is hindering you to trust all other people for instance.
It is like you need to clean the energys to bring it in order.
I think there is a difference of physical DNA and emotional DNA, but I am not sure.

I have a friend who has this problem. I wish I could help that is why I want to collect some good possibilities.

I'm not sure about emotional DNA, if you can provide some references regarding it especially with the connection with traumatic events, it'll be helpful:)
