Hi everyone,
Just a tip. If you're not sure whether your alpha is already with you and you don't have ability to see and hear spirit, just try to ask her/him to charge one of your chakra with energy. If you feel your chakra being charged, then your alpha most likely is already with you. Or you can give your alpha an attunement and ask her/him to send the energy to you.
But still, because alphas have freewill there's chance this method doesn't work.
