I don't see that it would be impossible, but without a system of nodes and/or algorithms to sort out the favorable probabilities, it would be an overwhelming complex task for our small minds to handle

Translocation, a spell to move ones self, or any chosen person or object through time and or space. If going into the past built-in protection to prevent paradox loops or jumping timelines when returning. If checking out the future the ability to jump through different potential futures so as to have an idea of what the most likely outcomes are for development of situations.
