Unable To Submit Ticket

There seems to be a mistake with an order I recently made, but when I go to submit a ticket, it won't allow me to enter any text in the question area. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I did this morning, wrote to Magnolia at that time and alerted her to the issue. If you can't submit a ticket through HD at the shop. You can always just write an Email to support@creepyhollows.com it'll bypass the Ticket menu. However, you won't be able to set the Ticket's priority(it'll be default normal priority).
