Hi all,
Is anybody else having trouble trying to send a ticket in?
I can't write in the message box for some reason.
Everything else works such as priority but when clicking in the space in the box no writing appears (???)
Help desk message box not working?

I received a reply to my email yesterday that said it has been turned over to the techs to fix. Hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.
