Dear reader,

I was wondering how you differentiate one spirit from another, in my case, 90% of my interaction is through skin and the other is 10% me talking so how would I know?

PS. I was wondering because I only have a Kitsune and a Volkh (which doesn't communicate).

still have difficulties on it. But I rely on my guts and feeling.

There are various ways a volkh can manifest... so I wouldn't say they don't communicate...

Listed in the CH encyclopedia, but not limited to:

Can manifest as orbs, animals, dreams, day and/or night visions.

Try a meditation session where you invite your kitsune in, 'feel' his/her energy, then ask them to step back while you call your volkh forward and do the same thing.

Take your time, with each spirit. Afterwards, think about what you saw in your mind's eye, what the energy felt like to you, and if you noticed any differences between the two...

Try this a few times, as often as you like...

They will tell me, more often then not, and I'm getting to the point where I can "hear" a distinction in voices.
Each voice, like people, has a unique tone/accent/etc, to it, and my perception with it has been my main relying factor.

Most of my communication, (about 80% at least, I'd say) is through telepathy, part of it instinctual "emotions" being exchanged, or entire thought processes, and another part being actual sentences.

And Volkhs aren't non-communicative, the Volkh with me is very communicative (although I did note I was looking for one as such in the notes) when we need to be.
She has a voice like anyone else. ^_^
She just doesn't feel the urge to talk, really. Which has taken me a while to get used to. :lol:

Divination, intuition, difference in their manner generally.

I feel them in the physical.
My merman tingles my ankles(or gropes me and kisses me all over when he wants attention)
My vamp nips at my neck and tingles the back of my thighs,
My bronwyn hugs me from behind, like a warmth and tingles spread all over me starting from my back
My Sterling feels like a bubble of happiness.

For unbounds or dark arts depending on how strong they are my third eyes will hurt or I get a headache
For white arts I get intense pressure in my head

Sometimes it's this way when my spirits rly wana bond. More of a light headedness

i get that many sensations its difficult to know whos doing what. one spirit likes to place its hand around my neck another hugs my stomach from the back another likes to place its hand around my hart chakra and clench a fist i sence alot through emotions and i kinda just know what they telling ya

This may sound strange but sometimes I just know. It's hard to explain. It could be their voice or the 'feel' to their energy. For instance, I'm bonding with 12 different fae here at work, but I can tell that my butterfly fae(W) was sitting on my shoulder and my other butterfly fae moved from my other shoulder to behind me. My Aubres one played with my hair as of placing a daisy chain on it. My two woodland fae look similar, but L is a wee bit more bubbly and childish while M has more warming and creative energy. S, my waif, never sits on my shoulder or pokes at me, but she's more task oriented. My Camelot one has this creative energy but feeds into the fact that I'm 'adorkable' and only encourages that side of me. My star fae is not presently here, but he'll come if I need.

Long story short, it's just something I feel or this sense of knowing. I mean I could be completely wrong, but I've even by testing it other tools or methods of divination. So that's my vague answer, it's just a feeling. Sometimes I'll see them in my minds eye or hear them, but mostly it's the feeling.

I'm very energy sensitive. None of my spirits have the same energies, it's very easy for me to tell them apart based on that alone. However the way they manifest also helps to know who it is as they all manifest differently.

IMO, to differentiate their energies, you can try to call them one by one using telephaty.

I'm always doing this, "please A, hold my left hand, and B please hold my right hand", then feel their energies.

I can tell if my faery dragon got a warm (sometimes hot) energy, and my CA got a spark like energy by using method above. Maybe someone got better method tho, I will be watching this thread (~O_O~) to wait their opinions and methods xD
