Are there any type of spirits that are good at communication?

I have a really hard time with communicating with my spirits. I can feel them, but I've never been able to truly communicate with them. I was wondering if there were spirits out there that can communicate really easily? Or even spirits that can help you communicate with your other spirits? Thanks all!
