Many posts have been made in regards to this and usually the answer is to work on it yourself because even a medium can get it wrong for several reasons. But some people swear by certain mediums telling them what's up with their spirit family. Communication is perhaps one of the more frustrating elements of spirit keeping and even seasoned members spend years developing their skills just to hear a single word.

The best advice I can give to get ready for a later night journey in this respect. For me the story the hardest part about spirit keeping.
