Literally so many spirits and entities now, even after I said I would not get anymore. But definitely under 200. May it stay that way :p)

I meditate on it a lot, centering and grounding, etc. Maybe focusing on the third eye chakra might help with feeling energies. Since I've started more dedicated meditation I can now see my aura somewhat if I focus. I'd also be interested in some resources on energy work

For books, I would recommend Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics or Energy Work: The Secret of Healing and Spiritual Development. I've also heard Michelle Belanger's Psychic Energy Codex is useful.
