As a background, I got my first spirit in early December and have been growing my spirit family ever since. I've been doing a lot of meditating and bonding with them and have been making good process with feeling tingles all over my body and just noticing their activity in general. I sometimes very vividly hear them say a word right as i'm about to fall asleep, but can't seem to hear them while i'm fully awake (any advice on telepathy would be greatly appreciated as well!).

So everything seems to be going well except that I can't seem to sense their energy? I can feel the tingles and all but I cant seem to sense a presence or even tell who it is, which bothers me because i'd like to acknowledge them in the moment. Are there any tips that may help me with this? Thank you in advance!
