Negative Construct affecting my chakras

And for disclosure, I had hallucinations and delusions too and they all felt very real, including touches.
But it was proven that there was no reality behind them, sadly.

Sorry, but it is still the truth. As I said, the hallucinations by mental illnesses can't be distinguished by normal reality. That's why people like that have problems. If it were easily distinguishable, they could just live normally. But they can't. They have to deal with it all their lives, questioning which of their perceptions are real and which of them aren't.

This sounds kind of wrong too. You can bind constructs, you can destroy constructs, you can banish constructs.

And if those people who created it don't check on their construct, they won't ever know what happened. Also there will be no hurt put towards them if the construct is destroyed, they are not attached to it or anything, that's the purpose of a construct, to be independent of the creator.

But again, if people are working against you, I'd look into getting the construct destroyed and put up protection against them, including breaking of curses and sending everything back to them.
Lock them in, so everything they do just returns to them until they destroy themselves.

Or, again, get a practitioner to kick their asses.

The being comes directly from an ancient past life, apparently they are trying to steal from me “something personal”, that they are jealous of some kind of power i was born with, two people are working in this manifestation a woman and a male and i think its crazy, me and this people could be separated hundreds if not thousands of years in time and they are able to affect me like this,the being has been affecting me even before i started spirit keeping, for years it was affecting me without me even knowing it, apparently thats why banishing it wont work as said in oke of the paragraphs in the reading “ This foe has strength so long as you are not stronger than them, we must encourage you overcoming their strength so that they are nothing to you. ”

Is that all? No recommendation about how to solve the problem?

sorry this is what he said ”Advisement: I highly recommend AGAINST the banishing and in favor of more passive defensive options, reiki healing, training, qi gong, or enhancing your own energy. You are better to win by being indestructible than you are to try to punch this one out.”

Maybe ask other practitioners.
Also ask them why it would make things worse.

Oo in that case, you can try getting reiki attunement and heal yourself daily. For qigong, I guess baduanjin is the safer one to start with since we can practice without instructor, e.g.:

or other videos and books. And of course exercise e.g. jogging, eat healthy, socialize, etc.

And agree with Apro, it might be good to ask second opinion from other practitioners as well, maybe they have different solution : )

Hey thanks a lot for the info, you know where i can start with the reiki healing? I live in Mexico and such things do not exist here.

Thanks you know any other practicioner that knows about this stuff? I live here in Mexico and this kind of things are outlawed so i cannot go for help locally, dont even think there is someone in my local area i can go to(i tried searching and nothing) thats the bad thing about living in of the most religious cities in Mexico

You can find practitioners offering reiki attunement or healing online actually.
Mmm try asking the one who read you, maybe he/she has recommendation or even offering it him/herself : )

I would seek a second opinion about banishing the troublemaking construct. It makes no sense to me that this can't be treated just like every other malevolent being out there, and banished. But I come from the "Proactive, not reactive" school of thought when I decide I want to see something happen. Unwanted visitors get escorted off the premises by me or by my keep. Or both.

I also must ask: so did you begin to study reiki healing, qi gong, or enhancing your own energy, since those are the things this reader thinks will resolve the issue?

Charles_Odinforce offers Soul Sword training in his shop. Google "Rose Quartz Labyrinth". That's the only psychic combat technique I have seen offered here.
