Hallo

I was curious if any of you have found any spell or spirit by creepy hollows helpful for anxiety and panic attacks?

One of the best things that have helped me when I'm having a panic/anxiety attack is deep grounding and centering.

What you want to do is visualize and direct your energy to sink or get really heavy so that it feels like gravity is pulling you down. You should feel something akin to a heavy weight covering your body. Then take some deep breaths. This method is very quick and will instantly calm you down when done correctly.

The reason it works well is because it applies pressure to your body, which, especially for people with autism, is extremely relaxing and calming, as it stimulates the entire body, and (I can't think of the exact way to put this) breaks you out of the processes your brain is going through in that moment.

I would recommend guided meditation as well. I have a friend who has luck with a weighted blanket, this approach didn't work for me, however, I have more luck with EMDR and using a system called touchpoints because mine is slightly different.

For balance/healing there are a few that can work, phoenix is a good choice, angels if you have a calling to them (some don't), maybe a gwyllion also since they do stay positive and dispel negativity. Can also request a custom and let them know what triggers you have and physical symptoms as well and see if Ash & Magnolia can do something more in tune with you as well.

I recommend anyone with this problem also checkout 'Tension Release Exercise': https://traumaprevention.com/

I started it a few weeks ago just based on free videos on youtube and I am getting results.

Amethyst is good for anxiety, as is amber. Keep them on you at all times.

Black tourmaline, Selenite, and Amethyst in conjunction with each other is amazing for this and is a trio of stones that I carry with me all the time. I experience generalized anxiety and the stones really help to mitigate that.

If you're an empath and know how to create astral spaces/replicate energy you could also construct a ward with the energy of black tourmaline that you can engage that will block out any outside energy that may cause your own anxiety to flare up.

All of these are wonderful advices! I'm not the original poster but I'm super stoked to try these out as I have some anxiety issues!

Luckily, I do have black tourmaline because my mom gave it to me. She was worried for me and wanted me to have protection. I'm interested in getting Amethyst in the future. I really like that stone, it's so pretty!

I'd love to learn how to construct a ward in the future. I could probably do something similar now but it'd be weak.

The best advice I can give you would be to practice! Just keep practicing and eventually you'd figure it out. Take some time to experiment and see what works and what doesn't. My first couple of attempts at warding were awful! Things got through and they just plain didn't work, but it gave me some insight on where I needed to strengthen them. Just give it some time and some experimentation and you'll get the hang of it no problem!
