There are several way bites can manifest, and the puncture pattern you have shown in your link is something I've seen before. Whether it's a flush, sunken, or raised bite pattern, the puncture circles are usually no bigger than 2-5mm and they are typically spaced between half an inch to one inch apart.

It's also not uncommon for more than one bite pattern to appear on the body, however, it is unusual for different styles of bite patterns to manifest. So, it wouldn't be uncommon for puncture patterns to appear, but it would if it was a puncture pattern & another pattern.

There's several things which can be discussed in terms of why the bite patterns appear. The most commonly accepted is your physical body's manifestation of bites from a previous life, or lives. The bite pattern is a phantom reminder, or mark, of what you once were. This is especially true of those who were turned in past lives and not born a Vampire.

Alternate explanations can include having an unbound, aggressive Vampire spirit that is forcing manifestation of the bites to show their presence around you. This would be one of the less likely scenarios, but not impossible. Spirits have the capability of manifesting physical things but it's rare. However, if this Vampire spirit has been with generations of your family, or is an ancestor, then it's likelihood rises, but it still rare.

Another alternate explanation is that a physical Vampire, of some origin, has bitten you. This would be the rarest and least likely of the explanations, and by now you would already know that (if it were the case), because your experience through transformation would be harrowing and you would be having a completely different conversation.

The son-in-law is a bit of a curve ball, but it's not unheard of, he could very well have Vampiric blood in his ancestry, which would be an underlying, magnetic attraction for your daughter. My oldest daughter use to be crazy about vampires and often called herself and her boyfriend Vampires. But we never took it seriously. It was a joke.

Of everyone who has manifested a bite at this point, do they all only have 1 bite? No, My oldest has been bitten 3 times. My other kids have not said, i will ask them.

Are the bites located in the same, general area of the body?No, different parts. The neck, forearm and ankle all near major veins.

Are the bites permanent or do the marks come & go?
