Substituting Lemon Balm with Blue Lotus in a Primum Ens ‘potion’? Is it safe?

Which ones do you love to work with? Or, which ones do you have questions about?

Need advice. Is it safe or not to substitute the lemon balm/Melissas with blue lotus if anybody can take a look at this recipe? An Ens tincture is basically a powerful regenerative herbal alchemical ‘medicine’.

Basic steps:

You pour liquefied potash (oil of tartar) onto a herb on the planetary day and hour of it. Then let it macerate for two weeks at most with ‘periodic shaking’ and separate the liquid from the herbs by dexNtjngz

After that you pour alcohol that is 95% pure or more, and wait anther two weeks enough for it to achieve separation so you can draw off the ‘potion/tincture’ in the top layer that forms. The recipe says to let it sit in a freezer for 1 - 2 days for any potash to crystallise so you can remove it finally.

Honestly I would talk to an herbalist if you can't take this to your regular doctor.
