If you mean have I sent my astral body out to look at stuff during meditation, then yes. I do that daily. It's how I train the clairient senses.

Well, astral projection yes, but not a full blown obe, where you basically leave your body behind.
I'm still in my physical body too. It's more like bilocation.

Depends. If I know the place I just will myself there. Otherwise, there's always going through a door.
Shamanic vision quest like. You can imagine walking a road that leads you there, and so on and so forth.
I just put a door in front of me, open it and walk through.
