Not sure if this is the right area... but yeah, lately I've been having ringing in my ear, specifically, the left one. I went to the doctor and he said it's nothing. It only starts at home...

If I'm remembering correctly that's what usually happendes when eather you start hearing spirits or they start to manifest as sound.

What exactly do you hear? I usually wake up between 2:30 - 3:00am. I feel like I am not alone and my left ear really hurts. I have tried to talk to a doctor and told me that nothing is wrong.

When your Clairaudience start to manifest, it usually does with a low buzzing in the inner ear, not physical sound, but to some degree it almost sounds like physical sound but you know it isn't.
