Since there are infinite universes and since energy and entities move from each of them constantly, would it be possible to somehow create a ritual to reincarnate into a chosen universe right after you die? If soul immortality is said to be possible,then why WOULDN'T anybody be able to go into another universe?
People can astrally travel into other dimensions so it would make kind of make sense.
Problem is that you might have to be REALLY strong in order to do it without messing up.
But I don't really know. Maybe it's just me and my big dreams talking.

But think about it. What if you reincarnated there and your future self hates it? I don't mean to be a troll, but what about adding to the ritual to be reincarnated with some of the reasoning why too?

It's more of a figurative question rather than a literal "Hey,I wanna go somewhere fun in the future." kind of thing. I'm only asking if it's possible to do that and how would someone create said ritual.
I'd say you could've easily reincarnated into a "friendly" universe and the future self might still hate it because you can't really control their future personality or memories without magically messing with it.

I don't think a ritual is necessary. I believe you get a choice when you die.

I wouldn't be in any hurry to go anywhere else, this life is a unique opportunity to be who you are. If you are interested in working with reincarnation rituals, you might spend some time looking into some of the more ancient religions/practices as related to reincarnation and devise a ritual based on the reincarnating possibilities through those beliefs.

Don't really know of any reincarnating religions/practices off the top of my head to be honest. But I do have a slight idea on how a ritual might be created. If the target universe has a special magic system maybe said ritual can be created by blending our universe's magic systems with the other universe's magic system to create a "bridge" across dimensions and once you die, you go on that bridge and go there.
