Question! What basics should you have covered before practicing conjuration? I am a solidarity practioner at the moment and I guess, I want a better 'general' idea of what should I already have before doing so. CH's conjuration classes have been calling me, but prior to spirit keeping, I never have practiced magic period.
Take an ordinary 21 year old city boy with a cashier job and that's me when I started. I'm reading books on magic, trying to work with my third eye and reading up on chakras right now. IDK I want my bases covered before I blow up my home x D
*Also, I am still working on speaking/hearing and UNDERSTANDING my companions, spirits or entities.

The conjuration class is good. I also have some great PDFS I can link you to for different pathworking which you should start with. You need to learn banishing before evocation though to keep things safe and stable. I will post some links here when I get home from work for you to use to get some knowledge. In the mean time learn to meditate.

This will tell you all you need to know. You don’t need to learn this in order to conjure but doing so will help u along the way.
You should also learn to sense and control your energy. There are some great posts here but I can’t fibd them ATM.

So this book is not for conjuration although I does teach vital skills that a magician should have unser his belt.

Not only will this book teach astral projection but it also does a good job teaching you how to control your energy which will be vital when learning to conjure. I also found that this book offers great perspective on both subjects and I found it to be quite helpful.

Well, the kindle edition is available for 10 bucks on amazon now. That's not really 'a good chunk of cash' and definitely not worth a lawsuit.
