My relationship with the gods i work with is a bit different then this but some things here resonate with me.
For me i view them as my equals just as i do for all beings be they mighty god or little fluffy cat. I see them as a team menber as stated in the article but i also see them as Family. Im more then happy to help them with the work they do so long as we have comon goals.
To inbody there ideals is a great way to work with them. For example i like the examples set forth by Lilith, Aine, pan, Hermes, Frayja and the Morrigan. These are beings i look up to much in the same way i would view a role model.
