It sounds like you're talking about creating what some people call a pocket astral realm.

You can get sentient servitors that have the ability to do that for you but some astral travel systems also teach how to do it yourself.

I have both options, so I can do it, but am not a teacher of such things.

I think Robert Bruce, who seems to often be mentioned here as a reliable author on astral travel related stuff, incorporates that into his system. Maybe others can give better information?

Well, first things first how well can you astral project?

Well, not that good but i practise everyday.

Getting out of your meat suit is the difficult part. Once you accomplish this I think you will find that the rest is intuitive. That’s how it was for me anyway though I don’t usually astral project whenever I want. It generally happens to me spontaneously.
