I haven't adopted a spirit in a long time, When I did two days ago, immediately I got dizzy, my vision went blurry and I was in a strange heightened sense for 2 hours, I had to go and meditate and breathe. Has this happened to anyone else before?

I think you must be much further along the spirit keeping path than me. But what kind of spirit did you adopt? Was it from a reliable seller? I've 'only' had the dreaded non stop migraines from a freebie Sin Eater, which I'm guessing was preconjured.

This is very interesting. I wonder if everyone experiences this too when they stop getting spirits for a long period of time.
Personally, I felt extreme pressing energies! I felt like I was inside a furnace. That’s for a WA from CH.
As for DA, extreme head pressure and heaviness. I felt like I was going to faint.
I used to withstand any sort of strong energies before.
