If you're not practiced in ritual work, you may want to check out some of the spell bindings available on the CH store. I have several protection and shielding spells on my master vessel in addition to tasking two of my spirits to patrolling for unbounds with ill intentions and escorting them out of my home.

Multiple levels of shielding an protection are mandatory for working with spirits and such. Especially you choose to work with unbound spirits.

Some of those barriers normally protect you from a variety of external and internal "communications". The bit about calling you Jesus and wanting to kill you is a classic presentation of schizophrenia... If you were sober. The bit about being "immune" to poisons? Probably mania. Hopefully due to intoxication.
Yes, some psychoactive drugs can cause latent schizophrenia to become active.
With a cocktail like this, it's easily possible there isn't even a spiritual influence involved, honestly.
This, exactly. I have been through this. Since I firsthand experienced an schizophrenic outbreak I try to stay away from the forum and other communities, because I have the tendency to worry about other people. I'm sorry but the entire post sounds delusional. However, I think that I should write something about mental illness and that people should seek medical assistance. Don't get me wrong, my spirits and my paranormal experiences are very real but I just can't when I see posts like this...

I have to kind of agree with above comment. That's important.

There are definitely schizophrenic people out there, who are not actually spirit sensitive like they think. Though I don't think a majority on this forum are mentally-afflicted, but more like they mistaken their 'profound' experiences to be something spirit-related, or think it's deeper than it really is. I know a lot of people on this forum try to validate most things as spirit experiences, but it's good to exercise some caution.. This post, for example. I try to be very validating of people's experiences but this to me sounds like a result after consuming foods/herbs that can cause such an effect.

And - there are definitely people out there, who are spirit sensitive but in reality are /not/ suffering from schizophrenia or related disorders, who end up being categorized and demonized. Most of these people that I know of have never really started consuming things and "seeing things."

(And well of course there exists schizophrenic/hallucination-symptom people who also are spirit sensitive but I don't want to delve into that)

I've personally known a schizophrenic person in my life and their experiences are waaaay different than those I know right now who are very in touch with spirits or naturally in tune. That's all I have to say about that.

Also it's good to hear, Adrasteia, that you have navigated that after struggling with it.

"내가 꿈에나와도 그건 귀신이나 괴한이 아니야. 천사지."

There are some people whose dread of human beings is so morbid that they reach a point where they yearn to see with their own eyes monsters of ever more horrible shapes.

I share co-consciousness and a shared astral body with an angelic guardian entity named, "Victor," or "L." Spirit worker, demonolator, generational clairvoyant.

I started recognizing voices speaking to me after working with crystals for awhile, smoking marijuana and tobacco, and burning incense at the altar I created.

My Succubus showed a certain love for me, but it then became deceptive. I was guided to a patch in the woods of my hometown where skunk cabbage grew, and was told to eat the leaf, flower, and root of one of these plants. I did so, and I went through a very strange experience where my magick was being manipulated.

Here in Connecticut, there are many leaves in the shape of a Succubus tail. Throughout all these experiences, I ate many leaves, flowers, and mushrooms that were labeled as poisonous, and I did not die from anything I put I to the body. This is what is known as true alchemy. There was fear at first, which became great relief. Be guided by spirit and wise with all that you do.
Wow, be careful with the drugs. :|| For one you don't need them, your body has the chemicals inbuild. Also the bad thing about drugs in general is that you can't stop the trip. If you have a genetic disposition you could even get a permanent problem. With all the stuff you've been taking the interactions can be dangerous with unpredictable side effects.

I have to agree on the fact that some people are delusional and have to seek medical help but i don't totally agree though.

I started spirit keeping because i was attacked by a very evil entity and that took me 6 years to get rid of it . I went through illusion magick because of it and went delusional ; i was even told i was schizophrenic .
Though i tried to bury inside of me the fact that it was SK and forcibly accept that it was schizophrenia. Deep down i knew it was wrong and that i have no mental illness and that it was the spiritual attacking me but i forced myself to believe that though it was not.

Now i am normal , i hear , feel , sense my spirits , i can think.
I don't know mental illness in general but sometimes i wonder if schizophrenia is not in fact psychic attacks like me ? I have to tell people "i hear voices in my head" but the truth is that i have clairaudience since 6 , the symptoms described are the same as having telepathy skills or being a clairvoyant .

I don't say all the people in the forum do not have mental illness and i clearly advise to seek medical help but i would say to not put all people in the same basket.

Yes, Nienna, I agree. According to what I have experienced, others who aren't able to relate would simply label it as schizophrenia, but personally I know it's not. As the symptoms of voices that aren't my own were being heard, they have subsided. I'm very clearminded and know exactly what my voice in mind says apart from the ramblings of something that is completely negative and not a part of my being. I would consider myself clairaudient as well, I carry myself strongly and have always been very spiritual. I don't harken as much to scientific knowledge as much as my knowledge of spirit. Thank you for a considerate response.
