I did my first purchase at the pagan shop because of good reviews here and did my first direct binding of my djinn and already seeing some signs of him wanting to communicate but I just wish that the pagan shop give me a lot more feedback when I ask a question concerning about my spirit. I just feel like I am being brush off with very short answers.

Usually I have to send 2 or 3 more messages to get a response so I hope they work on that. I haven’t see how many reviews so far .

Billy does do great work, but this is not his primary job. He has a day job and a family. On top of that, the shop does pretty brisk business, so he's not inattentive so much as busy. If you're up for being very patient, he's very likely going to get to you in time.

I have many spirits from Billy and have always had positive experiences , he does give short responses and terse replies so I wouldn't count on him to really be heavily responsive type of person. It's just something I gotten used to but I think it will bother other people who may want more communication from him.

The other thing is he also has a personal email that he sends from when he sends info of the spirit to you.. this is the email he will reply on and he is only responsive through there normally

Sorry i try to respond to everyone as quickly and give as much detail as i can...I hope the email you sent didnt get lost in spam or something but I apologize and always try to respond as quick as i can...I cant put my email on here but go to the shop and send another message and I will get to anyone there as quickly as i can and also I apologize for any short answers lately I get so many and trying to do them all it is a challenge and the amount of orders is keeping my hopping and also I have been working 72 hours a week lately with my day job which is not normal but I apologize for any wait for anyone and I will be glad to help anyone i can....thanks so much to all
