Good day to everybody, I have bought some mushrooms; I have did many drugs in my past including LSD,African Dream Herb, Weed etc. But I was just a kid and was only caring about having fun. Now I want to do this to work on my Pineal Gland.

So I would like to ask your guidance, when I take the mushrooms what exactly should I be doing? Should I be meditating closed eyes? Focusing on my third eye?

Yep

Basically you don't need drugs, because your body produces the neurotransmitters itself. Work done without drugs is often much more precise and "lasting". Entheogens have the downside that you can't stop the trip, furthermore bad things can attach to you, especially if you don't have a shaman by your side who also leads the trail in the trip. By shaman I mean the real ones, who had like a decade of apprenticeship and not the new age shamans just coming out of a weekend course in LA. Be very careful, health is probably one of the most precious things you can have.
