Do CH gemstone vessels require cleansing?

Hi

Do we need to do standard crystal cleansing on CreepyHollows vessel gemstones?

I have a master vessel and then another non-master vessel with a spell on it - both gemstones.

This is only my speculation but I would assume any vessel would require cleansing after a while, as we have to cleanse and ground from daily funk, such do we do so for our vessels and objects. I always ground mine when I ground myself. However, again just speculation.

That I'm aware of, no, crystal cleansing is not necessary. It seems it was discussed in another thread and I seem to recall the consensus was that it couldn't hurt.

That said, I have a friend who told me not to cleanse them because it might disturb the energy of the bindings.

I'm not honestly certain which is correct. I think you might want to direct this quest to the practitioners who created the bindings.

I think you should if you want to.. Personally I just don't do it.. but I'm sure cleansing them will still be effective/make a difference/be appreciated by your spirits. It never really crosses my mind to, but that's just me.

If you have charging energy added on purchase to a CH vessel, that is what it is designed to do. If you didn't purchase free charging energy, you can either use a cleansing and charging box/chain/pod/bag designed for vessels or buy a CH stone that can add charging energy permanently to a vessel. There's an Encyclopaedia How-to article on creating your own charging object.

I would ask CH if you are wanting to use another cleansing or charging technique on any of their vessels, as I would think only they can give a definitive answer.

Any gemstones you get i'd still charge up under the full moon or if they are the types that wont get damaged and faded, use the morning sun.

You certainly are not required to cleanse them, but if they become physically dirty, or you think you have encountered a lot of negative energy, then a cleansing (either physically or magically) is not a bad idea
