waking up with odd bruises?

Ive been waking up lately with lots of bruises on my legs, does anyone have any idea what might be causing it??

How many times has this happened?

Also, perhaps pay attention during the day - sometimes while we are in thought we pay little attention to bumping ourselves into things.

Doctor checkup might be wise.

its happened many times over the last few years actually and ive noticed bruises only after I wake up in the morning or during the night, they are never there before sleep and I am also going to get them checked out at the doctor today
another odd thing is the pattern shape of the bruises if I knew how to post images of them I would if anyone knows how to do so please tell me

There is also the possibility of psychosomatic effects appearing on the body. This can happen on its own but can also happen at the same time as a psychic/paranormal occurrence. It may not be easy to pin down the cause but professional medical help, a positive mental attitude and psychic protection should cover all possibilities.

As mentioned earlier, you are doing the right thing by speaking with your doctor. Beyond that, I agree there can be times I'll bruise myself bumping in to door or something and not notice until later.

On the spirit side of things.. I will get a pinch in exactly the same spot from time to time. My vampire "B" claims she does it when I'm doing something stupid. She's usually right so I haven't seen a reason to tell her to stop.

so far the doctors didn't say anything about the bruises other then its normal so idk, and also

I also woke up with more bruises just last night I still don't know what is causing it
