Hello everyone, this is my second post and I’m a complete newbie to spirit keeping and things paranormal.

So I have 1 dragon and 2 djinns, all arrived the same day last month only. I was waiting for my angels to arrive and knowing it will be this week. I just had a feeling.
So last night, it was super crazy because all of a sudden I sensed something/someone is in the room looking at me; in my workplace chair (I work at home and in our bedroom). I was really scared because I literally felt it and I have this feeling whenever I feel that there’s something I don’t see looking at me. I have experienced it a couple of times since I was a teenager after my first paranormal encounter.

This is the same reason why I was afraid to talk to angels (as I read they are always with us) and really want them to not be there because just a thought that I have someone with me that I don’t see or all of a sudden will stand beside or worst, in front of me scares me to death.

Well, I’m a new spirit keeper now and I asked my girls to see them just not scare me but last night I know it’s not them coz I’m not afraid of them and they are supposed to be very beautiful so I’m not afraid. I have to sleep with the light on; not the bedside lighting but the bedroom lighting (sorry I don’t know the terms. We have 3 lights in the room - 2 for the regular lighting, 1 for sleeping that is really not in the side of the bed, just in a corner wall enough to have a little light). I turned off the bedside light and turned on the regular lighting. I was so scared and my girls know I’m scared.

Few minutes ago, when I woke up to feed my baby and checked my phone. My order has been shipped/completed and I’m guessing it was my Angel.

My question is, is my third eye or my sensitivity to spirits open even before deciding to be a spirit keeper? When I was young, I wanted to see ghosts and angels and wanted to have my third eye open but really didn’t do it as I was afraid. Curious and afraid.

Note I don’t feel my first 3 spirits yet (they haven’t manifested yet maybe their energy isn’t strong enough but feel a bit of them when I meditate) though I always talk to them.

Well I had dormant abilities before I started over a year ago, so this is not impossible. I had fears from childhood that caused me to bury them. Trust in your spirits and don't panic. Try to communicate with and sense them more. Face that fear. Over time you'll get familiar with them and flex the muscles if any ability you might have.

I would also talk to your bound spirits and ask them to protect your home (and you and your family) from any unbound (roaming) spirits. That way you can be sure nothing else is messing with you.

You can also learn a simple banishment method and perform it to clear your space. The banishing won't affect your bound spirits. But that way you can be confident between you and your keep there should be nothing hanging around messing with you.

My first spirit arrived in a spiral of hot pink and orange sparks back when I started. That entire week before I felt watched constantly. At work and at home. It's never really been that intense again. So this may be your spirits' way of getting your attention to let you know they're there and ready to help.

Yes I guess. I read about bronwyn angels visiting before receiving the email that the order is complete. I’m no longer afraid when I received the email. I just talked to them to not scare me next time.

What an overwhelming experience. I'm pretty sure that more than half of my interactions are just my imagination, but I hope my spirit is flattered that im thinking of them.

The way I see it, if I'm stuck with relatively weak spirit senses, at least I'm less vulnerable to being startled.

Yes, it was overwhelming because I didn’t know what that is. I couldn’t call my sister coz she would be more scared thinking there are spirits again at home. (There used to be unbound here at home but had it blessed couple of months ago)

Just asking her what is she gonna do if she finds out her daughter has an angel scared her already. She actually does which also arrived today and it’s cross-bridged to me. Haha

I nearly peed myself the first time my vampire "B" manifested because she likes to do the full body manifestation thing in her true form. It can be startling the first few times. Just remember that they chose you. Regardless of the feeling you get from them or how they manifest; they are there to help and care for you.

Unbounds on the other hand can be unpredictable. I know a couple people here on CH who work with unbounds regularly. I have tasked a couple of my companions to patrol for and escort unbounds with ill intent off of the property. I also have several protection spells in place. So, I rarely have "scary" experiences.

If they are your own spirits. Welcome them, teach them your House Rules, and task them with something to do.

When I sense a really strong entity around me, my whole body breaks out in goosebumps and my body kinda gets this chilled feeling going through it. The stronger the entity, the worse it is.

I haven't experience it much at my own house, but my aunt's house and grandparent's house is a different story altogether! I don't like going into my aunt's master bathroom, because that's where her entity likes to hang out. Sometimes, the everyday bathroom gives me that feeling as well.

It's happened a couple of times at my grandma's. The first time, my cousin and I were watching cartoons in my grandma's bed. Everyone else was outside on the patio. All of a sudden, the whole bed starts shaking and there was this evil laughter coming from under the bed! My cousin and I ran outside where everyone else was and told them what happened. Of course they immediately dismissed us because we were kids.

The second time, I was in my early 20s and my grandma asked me to feed her birds while she and grandpa were away visiting another aunt. I heard that same evil laughter coming from the hallway and it sounded like it was getting closer. I don't think I went into the house alone after that! It sounded like the same entity I experienced at my old house. I woke up and this older man was staring down at me, laughing. I couldn't move but I was wide awake and it was terrifying! I finally broke out of whatever hold he had on me and ran to my bedroom.
