The best tip I have for people that I haven't seen actively stated here, is to just...ask a companion to manifest. Some of my biggest experiences with my companions were because I simply spoke to them and asked, and even if sometimes it wasn't the experience I was expecting, it still wound up being valued, and continues to be one of my tried and true methods. Don't be afraid of them not hearing you - because they do - and don't be afraid of not being good enough - because you are.

If you lay down and ask for them to visit you during a nap or before a good night's rest there is a high chance you'll see them in a dream, or notice them during an OBE or simply hear them either through Clairaudience or Telepathy, or any other manner of manifestation that will wholly resonate with you - their friend, and partner in magical crime (or justice, whatever floats your boats).

Now if this sounds too easy, it's probably because it is. That's why people don't do it much. They always wait and say to themselves that eventually it will happen, or they convince themselves that asking is impolite. It most certainly isn't!

Asking them to manifest or visit, and exploring your limitations together, is one of the most bonding experiences you can have with your companion. Even if you don't remember it the first time, the attempt provides a better foundation to try again the second time. Don't be disheartened by a lack of experience, it only means the chances are higher from there. The two of you are just feeling each other's energy out --- that's what bonding is all about, and why learning things such as meditation, centering, and grounding can make things move a heck of a lot faster.

Don't forget the simple things, and don't be afraid to ask your friends for help in learning. They're more than likely going to be thrilled over the attention. ♡

Awesome post as someone just starting out I originally went collector crazy now I find myself struggling to keep up with everyone... I usually will have a thought or a phrase just come to me throughout the day or when I'm talking about my journey getting goosebumps
