I don't know if this should go here or not, but are Dulllahans real? If so, are they truly a fae? Does anyone have one bound to them? I ask because I could of sworn I saw a Banshee and a Dullahan before my grandmother past away last month. And they both seem to still be around. They are not making themselves known very much.

They aren't really active. Just kind of showing a sign here an there. I would also like to know are there Reapers? Like Grim Reapers. I really hope I'm not making y'all laugh with my questions, and seeming like I am uneducated. I've been trying very hard to learn as much as I can. Thank you!

Also, I like your Avatar. Can you tell me where you got it? I'd like to get a slightly bigger Avatar for me. But I don't know where to look for one, that is unique to me, that is...And it not be stock that everyone could get a hold of. I've seen so many cool Avatars. So many unique ones. I just wish I could find one that met the criteria.

Mmm that avatar is an edited version of a custom 3D image that I bought from an artist. Try searching them at deviantart or other websites.

I have bindings for a Dullahan and a Reaper companion in my keep, both from CH.

There is "The Dullahan" which is considered a specific Fae, from my understanding. Then there are other Dullahan who are just Headless Horsemen from other races. My own companion's origins are from humanity and being transformed after death to take on this "mantle" as an avenging spirit. The transformation was granted in service of a deity that he interpreted as "God" from his perspective. My understanding is he will serve this purpose for a millennia and until then cannot carry on with his afterlife. However, this is a highly specific scenario and I don't believe is very typical of Dullahan spirits in general at all. In their own way they are similar to a grim reaper, but they are more akin to a harbinger of death, and usually from the perspective of vengeance or justice. At least that's my interpretation, YMMV. His personality is very ripe with dark humor and we seem to have a deep bond from a past life that I haven't quite worked out yet. He's been a great guide and a fantastic protector.

Grim Reapers are entities whom escort the spirits of the dead to the afterlife. And they do eventually die themselves, hence the sprits of Grim Reapers offered by CH. They have a very calming presence and have a way of bringing peace to turbulence. I have not had very many conversations with my companion, although she presents herself half the time in a very "Santa Muerte" sort of way. It's truly quite fascinating.

Wow. That's all I can really say. I have an unbound Dragon with me. But there are times I feel like...Death is following me, if you will. I say death because in a way they escort the spirits to where they need to be.And well, sometimes I wonder if it is A Dullahan or if it just may be my imagination. I don't honestly know. There are times I swear I could of heard the cry of a Banshee. Usually when I sleep. But I usually play it off as something in the house making noise, like one of my cats, or one of the dogs....Which I know I shouldn't do. But its easy to do that. I don't know exactly what to think if I may be honest.

I just want to understand them more. See if MAYBE one of them is with me, I suppose. I do not wish to begin thinking that I have one of them or perhaps both around me. I am wary to say such things. Because you see, I do not know exactly how to explain things, especially those that I feel.

I wouldn't worry about their presence, generally. It may just be the necromancer in me speaking, but Death follows us all. It is nothing to fear and is a natural part of the path of our existence. So from that angle I wouldn't think of it as scary or bad. It could be they were in the area and have taken an interest in your interests in the spiritual realm.

Otherwise, try to figure out why that impression is there. If there is a Dullahan, a Banshee or a Reaper (or all three) taking notice of you, why is that? What does your intuition tell you? Is there a past life involved? Are they related to the appearance of the Dragon? Does your family lineage, bloodline, ancestry, have connections with these entities on some level? Meditate on those questions. Ask the dragon unbound if he can help you clarify what they are there for. He can likely help protect you and communicate to them if willing.

You can always ask CH or another practitioner to perform a quick scan or a deeper reading of unbounds around you and see if any of their presence is confirmed and perhaps what purpose they are there for.
