New to all of this. Began meditating over a year ago, came across a book on lucid dreaming and was hooked. Have read numerous books on the subject along with astral projection. Having no luck with either. I am fascinated by all of it, however, im like a 5 year old in a pre-med class trying to figure things out. Fully believe in life everywhere, different dimensions, timelines etc. Just want to learn more and explore my own past experiences to try and figure out WHY i chose to be here now. I am married and have a daughter (neither are interested in any of this of course). Wanting to expand my consciousness and learn, meet and experience all the things that we don't have regular every day access too. Well at least most of us don't.
