I haven't become a spirit keeper, yet, but I wanted to share my experiences since I was a kid. They seem to revolve around one entity that seems to be evil. I'm hoping others may be able to give me advice on how to unblock my abilities that have been closed.

The first time I encountered him was when I was sleeping in my living room. I was probably around 11 or so. I woke up and saw him standing over me. The laugh sounded so evil! I tried to move but was paralyzed for a couple of minutes. When I was finally able to move, I ran to my room and refused to sleep for the rest of the night. I know others may say it was just sleep paralysis, but he pops up multiple times while I was wide awake and my cousin experienced him as well.

The second time I remember was when I was maybe 14. My cousin and I were watching TV in my grandma's bedroom. Everyone else was outside at the time socializing. All of a sudden, the whole bed started shaking violently and that same evil laughter was everywhere in the room. My cousin and I yelled and ran outside to tell everyone what happened. Of course the adults told us it was all our imagination!

Third time, I had astral projected and was in my kitchen (in my current house). That same entity chased me around my kitchen island. I yelled, but it sounded like a whisper, and he disappeared. I woke up and again wouldn't go back to sleep.

Fourth time I was at my grandma's again. She asked me to take care of her cat and birds while she and my grandpa were visiting the weekend at my aunt's house. After I finished, that same laughter came from the hallway and it sounded like it was coming closer to me. I booked it out of there so fast! I was in my early 20s at that time.

OMG, remembering all of that gave me chills! The same kind of chills when I can feel the energy of an entity around me. I hope I never run into that being again! I hope I can overcome these experiences why my spirits arrive. I need to remember that they're here to help and protect me. With any luck, I'll become more open with them from the beginning. If not, I guess I can send them the images of my experiences so they understand why my abilities are blocked so.badly (though I still hear voices and feel entities from time to time).

Maybe your lifetime spirit guides or other spirits close to you have helped block that out and will co-operate / aid connecting with bound spirits, who are there to help you, when they arrive.

If you are getting a spirit that specialises in protection that may help too, as they might be able to filter out the bad / malicious.
