I want magic for helping people by touching their hands or heads and sensing something like what they are up to. Or magic so that I can hear even what two persons are whispering. Or just normal magic that can heal people wounds.

Telepathy for the first, you don't even need to touch them. Although no matter what, that is kind of invasion of privacy.
The second one can be solved with a directional microphone or telepathy.
The third one would be learning reiki or any energy healing system and becoming really good at it. So good that you can heal wounds easily. Which not many people can do.
