I have my Caberra for just over a week. Thought I felt something a little before I received the Spirit Stone and Connecting Stone in the mail, but now not sure what else to do. What are some other's experiences?

Hi @JenNeutral, I did my research there first before selecting my first binding. I definitely wanted to be aware of what I was selecting before I selected it. I am thinking of a couple of others right now.
