that feels awfully precise . The Situation ist, that my boss is a mess and I can either stay and work with a college my age and try to get the boss-boss to make us a seperate team to distance us from the boss or leave. And I have a former subordinate that has a free boss position in his new company I could take.

I guess I have to negotiate with the boss-boss and see from there
