How can you tell the difference between dreams and OBE?
I'd really like to know, because I have a feeling that I have gone to the astral plane several times, but it only happened by chance and always while sleeping. But probably most of the times they were only dreams, who knows?

Hey PK!

Well, I noticed that when I'm in a dream, things are much more sluggish. I'm not an avid lucid dreamer, or much of an astral walker, though. People usually say that they feel much heavier in the astral at first. I didn't experience that BUT... and that's a big but... I do have a lazy orb and I say the code word for astral energy every night. I believe it helps me tremendously.

I feel the astral is very vivid and feels even more real than the physical.
