Can I use the “To Blind a Demon” spell on a servitor to strengthen it?

Basically, it depends on who created the servitor and whether they programmed it to be able to do that. I think it's unlikely, as a CH spell binding is specifically for the owner to use for themselves (either 'targeted' on themselves, or targeted on someone or something else, depending on what kind of spell it is). So the spell most likely won't be able to stretch to being applied to a servitor in that way.
And a servitor created by a skilled practitioner will most likely have tamperproofing built in, so it can't be influenced, taken over or re-programmed by other people or by incorporeal beings. I suppose if the servitor is specifically created to be programmable by its owner, the practitioner will give detailed guidance on how to do that and what the limits are.
I think the simplest thing is to ask a seller what's possible before a purchase is made.
