Fire Ceremony

I have read that one of the best ways to connect to your dragon / gargoyle is a Fire Ceremony.
Does anyone know how to do it or used it. I would like to try.

Any thoughts?

Sorry lonecat never heard of it. I usually use Magnolia's Dragon Invocation under Literature on the CH homepage.

I read it on the UAMD site but I could not find the ceremony anywhere listed.
It is under the topic of Gargoyles and mentioned that it works well with Dragons.
Just wondered if anyone had used it.

Are you sure it was UAMD? I did a google search of their site and couldn't find anything listed for gargoyles or fire + dragon.

Alex, you're not sure there is such a thing as a Wiccan Fire Ceremony or Pagan Fire Ceremony? I just posted in Chit Chat about Fire Casting, I'm wondering if they are anything alike?

6dogs I think you are right. I use the invocation and meditation also. Simple is better. After all, it's all about intent and focus.
I don't think UAMD was talking about a full blown rite with dancing & chanting, perhaps I'm wrong, but thats why I was curious.

The Fire Ceremony I know of is for releasing/cleansing, and the article was about connecting/bonding.
Perhaps it is focus, through a candle flame, like you would a black mirror? 8-)
I'm going to try it with the invocation and see what happens.

I definately agree there is a Wiccan Fire Ceremony, but as to a Fire Ceremony specifically for invoking dragons, I have not come across this. This is what I was searching for when I posted the links. Many references to fire/dragon but not for invocation of dragons.

If anyone comes across it, I'd love to read it. I am prepared to learn something new.

6dogs, how could I have missed your thread? A lot of times I go straight to view active topics, so I'm definately going back and see what pearls of wisdom you have shared.
