My beloved furball passed into the arms of Bast after peacefully passing away in her favorite spot this afternoon.
She was 18 years old (around 90 in their terms), but it's still hard to bury one of your babies

Actually, it was her second favorite spot.
Her favorite spot was sitting on my shoulder while getting her ears scratched

I'm sorry for your loss. 18 years of age is impressive. Clearly she had plenty of love and care all her life.

Still, I wish they really did have nine lives. Losing furbabies is heartbreaking.

15 seems to be about average, and we've had a couple live to be 17; but she was the first to live to be 18

When she was younger, she used to sit in the window, waiting for me to come home

If I didn't pick her up when I came in, she would take a flying leap from the most convenient surface (usually the kitchen counter) and >> attach << with all fours sets of claws
Then she would climb up and sit on my shoulder

Who says a cat isn't happy to see you?

I feel for you. You will miss her for a long time. I know the pain involved in losing a beloved fur baby. That is why I started the thread for their memorials. It is called fur baby memorial. Feel free to post there.

She has probably met my Priestess and my Gizmo at rainbow bridge.

RIP Miss Fye, my condolences, I had a bird parrot once I raised it since it was a check, no one that I know until today matched his trust in me and love for me he died because he refused to eat after I had to travel away, animals are amazing, their love is amazing wow 18 years that shows what strong spirit she had I admire her, I bet Miss Faye is in a place where she is a queen.
