It's by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.
I have just finished reading it to my kiddos and found myself almost in tears by the end. It's a children's story and yet there's something that's so endearing about it that makes me want to hold the little prince close to me and bring him home with me. It's such a wonderful story.
It's not exactly paranormal, that's for sure, but just thought I'd share it because it's such a sweet story. Incredibly short read (though I did space it out for four days, technically three because I didn't read yesterday) and I don't know how else to even describe it without spoiling it.
Has anyone else read this? It's good, ya?

I've not read it yet but it's one of my boyfriend's favorite books of all time, he does find it deeply endearing and meaningful to his heart. When we first met, when I was feeling down on myself and insecure about my self-worth, he would quote The Little Prince to comfort me.
At this point I forgot the quotes or what the story is about, haha : ...I'm going to read it sooner or later but yes, he finds it a very endearing story with meaningful messages that touch the heart.

The copy of the book I have for The Little Prince is part of a collection of bedtime stories I found but then I heard the drawings for the actual book by itself has gorgeous colors. :o I should check that one out.

It's such a short read and among the simplicity of the book, it's full of meaning. One of my favorite quotes from the story is "When you look up at the sky at night, since I shall be living on one of them and laughing on one of them, for you it will be as if all the stars were laughing. You and only you will have stars that can laugh!" (said by the little prince)
It's such a warm message that when I finished the book, I had to go outside to look at the stars. >_<
