Hello.

I just wanna know why does Magnolia suggests to have 4 courtwind angels.

I got a group of 4 on the halloween casting, but I don't actually know why I should have 4 LOL!!

Ne one else has got 4 courtwind angels? And know why we should have 4?

I think Magnolia was just saying that we have to limit our
SRA purchases to 4 of each distinction...like if you want
angels, you can only get 4 total, whatever the type or if
you want dragons, you're only allowed 4 total.
Hope this helps!

Hi leslie

Umm I think you have misundrestood me.

I read the encyclopedia and it says "I suggest everyone have at least one Courtwind Angel though 4 is highly recommended"

So I wondered why we should have 4.

But thanks for your reply ^^

Actually I haven't seen that in the encyclopedia, but it is in the listings.

E.g.

CH Store:
COURTWIND ANGEL :: SABRINA :: (C3)

eBay Store:
SPIRIT STONE :: ANGEL :: COURTWIND ANGEL (C4)

Courtwind, like Watchers, are good in fours because they find strength in standing in the four corners of the Earth. They can draw power from the four corners thereby strengthening their stance and force to ward off predators or predatory magic.

Yes, as Magnolia said...4 of them, for each "pillar" or "point"...
Similar to a compass...in Chinese belief, it's the ultimate to have guardians in all "4 directions" to provide "total defence" if that's the right words...and they work together for greater power...

I recall someone said it's the same concept, be it 4 courtwind angels, or 4 watchers...etc...
Hope this helps.

Really..? Wow!!

So, any entities that are protective, 4 is the best number..? Like werewolfs and wraith and harpies and dragons..?

I thought three was the number :P

'watchers' include gargoyles, correct?

No, watchers are a different spirit, very different from gargoyles. Very different in terms of personality I'd say but they are both very protective.
