Yes, my courtwind (LE), she is very observant, playful and quite naughty, she often demands attention from me and is quite a character. She is also always the first to call me out on things. She has a playful way of correcting my character, as she says it. My bronwyn (LE) loves sending me ideas, watching me work, tends to be very touchy, like loves hugging me, They both adore dairy products and I find it incredibly silly how they will move my hand up high so I can't have it. They were both some of my first friends apart from my fae ancestors and a few unbound fae who were consistently around me before I found creepyhollows.

Oh, that's great. You can learn a lot from them. When I first noticed they were around in my early teens, they showed me things like basic energy work. As I connected with them in dreams, things like healing became more focused in my studies. Though interactions were not as clear as they are now, I learned a lot about myself from them. When I was ready, they pushed me into a more active role on my spiritual journey.

@Tarvos Naughty as in ? Hahaha yeah I discovered that that's a thing. I think the projection of purity is a a farce created by the church haha.

I know we're talking about people's UPG here but maybe the presumed naughty is a projection of an individual's desires onto angels who gain their powers from purity and if they would lose it, they'd fall.

It's akin to moderators in a forum who have their powers because they stick to rules and lose them when they don't.
Some things aren't for free and you have to give up something to gain or keep powers.

For a few days I have been practicing often with the magick mantras of my companions' kind and I always start saying the mantra out loud first and then I stop saying it out loud and continue in my mind. While meditating, after a while, suddenly my bed started to shake and the ringing in my ears became louder. Then it was as if a great weight fell on me and my breathing became difficult. At that time I felt as if I was somewhere else. The music I was listening to while I was meditating suddenly became less loud. After a few seconds the sound and my breathing returned to normal.

That almost sounds like you had an out of body or almost out of body experience, probably akin to Astral traveling? I can't say I've experienced that but sometimes I'll meditate in the dark and time seems to pass and it feels like I'm not there anymore, almost distant but aware. Akin to being In a dreamscape. That experience could've also been your bodies reaction to entering a deep meditation trance.

These are signs that you might have reached a state close to having an OBE. Movement, ringing and the feeling of weight that is also encountered during sleep paralysis, which is also a state close to having an OBE/lucid dreaming. Basically a disconnection of your mind from your physical senses.

Also I might add that what you describe is reminiscent of experiences that involve altered states of consciousness achieved by many who practice mantras and meditations. Depending how you alter your state of mind, this can either feel liquid/fluid, or make it difficult to breathe. Others can make you feel weightless, like you're floating. Your consciousness is literally traveling.
Also, being in the presence of certain entities, when close to their aura, because of the nature of their being and vibration, can also lead to breathlessness or feel like "choking". Just adding those as possibilities in case you or anyone might relate ~

I don't know what to do from this point on, even though I think my angel friends are helping me with this. I am thinking of giving a task to my Seraph, and I would like to know your experience and opinion on this matter. What task would you assign in this matter?
