Hi Light Night. I don't know anything about the Sila, but I can tell you that Amesha Spentas aren't Djinn. They're more of an Angelic, wish-granting Immortal. Also, I think Amesha Spentas are always female...I could be wrong about that, but I think that's what I read. Believe it or not, Wikipedia has some info on them--not tons, but some.
I have 3 and they all have the same sort of comforting, peaceful energy. I get the sense that they WANT to help--just give them a job. :superman:
Some wish-ranting entities, like Djinn, will twist your words or grant the wish kind of grudgingly and on their terms--not Amesha Spentas. They love to be of service and they enjoy human companionship--just for the sake of the companionship.
I've never regretted my decision to bring mine home. :flower:

I got all 3 of mine through Gwendolyn at Wintermournings. One is bound all by herself in a ring and I have 2 along with 2 Ilmu Khodum, 2 Devatas, and a Marid King in another ring.

You know, after I wrote all that, I went through my stuff from Gwen and found that she DID call them (the Amesha Spentas) "Djinn". So I guess, Night Light, I am wrong about that. :foot: :oops: Oh well. They're still wonderful entities, whatever they're called.
