There are believer djinn that are djinns that believe in a higher power, of course not all believer djinns believe in the same higher power, there are many gods/immortals out there who are worshipped by djinns, some of these djinns have their own gods in their realms, i have in my spirit family a Goddess Neb Djinn who has many worshippers.

I think of my Djinn's religious beliefs as being totally their personal affair. Just as I think of my relatives friends or colleagues' religious beliefs as being their personal business. I have my own views, preferences or beliefs but I don't inflict them on acquaintances and I don't belittle or insult their beliefs, or quiz them on whey they believe what they do. So it's a form of respect. I don't have to believe in the same things they do but I can be tolerant and respectful of their right to their own beliefs. I treat my Djinn the same way.

Djinn have the ability to chose their religion. That's why you find some converting if you watch those djinn possession videos on youtube. Also, they as a type of spirit existed long before Islam or Christianity in the Middle East.

I specifically only work with pagan djinn. I'm open to djinn who practice a Dharma faith too though that doesn't seem to be common. I don't keep Islamic or Christian djinn around myself just out of respect for their own beliefs.

In Islam, djinn had the choice to either embrace Islam or not. Some did, some didn’t.
Al-Jinn:
Say, [O Muḥammad], "It has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened and said, 'Indeed, we have heard an amazing Qur’ān
It guides to the right course, and we have believed in it. And we will never associate with our Lord anyone.
And [it teaches] that exalted is the nobleness of our Lord; He has not taken a wife or a son.

djinns - like other entities - have multiple pathways to faith. some believe in a singular source of power aka God, some are polytheist and others don't. i have a mix of djinns and watchers who believe in a singular higher power and a few who embraced Christianity (that i specifically request in a custom conjure because it's inline with my beliefs). i even have a couple of alyas who believe is a higher power and is open to learning more about religion.

i think labels such as Christianity, Islam etc are just names we give for a certain followers of some scriptures, but God or creator is universal, even to the djinns and other beings. then again, whatever concept of "higher power" they feel resonate with them. i don't make it a point to convert any beings because it is up to them and their spiritual journey. and my djinns and other entities are not offended when I communicate with god. hope that helps

In Islam there are different type of Jinns.

Marid, Ifreet , and so on many many.

They can be Muslim,Christian,Buddhist,Police ,Non Believer and Demon.

Demon means in Islam one who complete tasks given by Iblees the chief of Devil.

Every of them is different.Like us;

I may be lifting 100kg dumbells, some other person maybe only can lift 10kgs.

We have different knowledges, abilities, beliefs, wills; same goes to Jinns.

Only thing we know in Islam is Jinn can reverse the formula E=MC2 ; which simply means they can look like whoever they want. (Except Prophet Mohammad SAW(Hadith))

There have been djinn since before any of the Abrahamic religions and in more parts of the world than the Middle East, where people who lived there were keenly aware of djinn (both before and after the rise of Islam as a belief).

Any being has the right to adopt a belief, such as religion. By the way that's not the defining aspect of djinn, as I see it. If you read the whole of this thread, you'll see djinn are quite a complex field of study - but as spirit keepers we don't need to master all of that knowledge.

The CH Shop doesn't list djinn in terms of their belief. For me, the important thing is to work out what kind of Djinn companion I need in terms of their abilities. eg an Abra Djinn is one that specialises in guardianship and protection.

If you want to know what religious belief, if any, a particular Djinn has, you can ask the conjurer, or ask your djinn.
